Satire

-Satire is a form of out.

-It addresses famous public people, most of all the politicians

-It works exaggerating parts of the characters, public speeches, gags, public behauviours...

-It riducules their behaviours but does not work on facts, it just emphasizes parts of characters or speeches. Thus, making it often widens the popularity of its targets.

As a form of art it is protected by article 33 of our constitution.

Religious satire is more difficult to regulate. Freedom of religion is a human right which most countries respect and guarantee.

-Satirical drawings and sentences against God, Mohammed(SA) etc... have always existed.

-The content of them has to be analysed carefully both by the legislator and by the public opinion to understand. If they cause an offense which limits the freedom of religion.
